By accessing or using MetoMenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metora regarding your use of the MetoMenu digital menu platform and related services.

2. Platform License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your restaurant operations.

Usage Rights

You may create and manage digital menus, generate QR codes, and use our provided themes for your business.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, resell the platform as your own, or use it for illegal purposes.

3. User Obligations

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of your information.

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate menu data, pricing, and restaurant details.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Legal Compliance: You must comply with local food safety and pricing laws.

4. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per your chosen plan.

All payments are final and subject to our Refund Policy. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these terms.
